NOT YOUR
ORDINARY
OBJECT
WAGENSCHLAG creates objects that exist between art and everyday life. Each piece emerges from the interplay of idea, material and craftsmanship — thoughtfully shaped in dialogue with the person it is made for. Objects that do more than occupy a space. They alter the way it is experienced.
THE OBJECT
We create design objects that exist between furniture and contemporary art. Sculptural in their presence, considered in every detail and made to be experienced beyond the purely functional.
Each object is an individual statement — distinctive, expressive and deliberately considered. Sculptural yet functional, familiar yet unexpected. Objects conceived not simply for a space, but as part of its identity.
DESIGNED AROUND
A FEELING
Every WAGENSCHLAG piece begins with a unique set of circumstances. Each one is shaped by the person it is made for, the way they see the world and the feeling they want to create around them.
Through an open dialogue, ideas, materials and forms begin to find their direction. The result is an object that reflects something personal — not through imitation, but through an intuitive understanding of its owner.
AN INVITATION
TO ENTER
Some doors are opened with a key. Others through trust, recommendation or connection. We believe that good ideas and genuine connections should never be measured by purchasing power alone. The WAGENSCHLAG Key is a numbered invitation into our world — shared with a select few, and passed on by choice.
If you have received a key, been personally recommended or have an idea you believe belongs in our world, we invite you to get in touch. We bring objects to life only when they resonate with our own vision, curiosity and standards.
A MEANINGFUL
CONTRIBUTION
We believe that objects can create more than a moment. They can also contribute to something meaningful.
WAGENSCHLAG supports selected charitable initiatives, benefit auctions and causes that resonate with our values. We approach each request with care, contributing where our objects, our ideas or our resources can make a meaningful difference.
SHARED VISIONS
We believe that the most interesting ideas often emerge between disciplines. WAGENSCHLAG is open to connecting with artists whose perspectives, practices and ways of seeing resonate with our own.
Whether through a shared idea, an unexpected exchange or a considered collaboration, we are interested in conversations that open up new possibilities — and in the people who bring them to life.
